Where possible, please include your order number and name with your email. Please expect a response within 1-3 business days.
All orders are shipped within 7- 10 business days of payment . During sales, please allow 2- 3 weeks processing time.
For orders shipped with tracking, please refer to your tracking number for up to date information on shipping status. For all other orders, please contact me ( don't forget to include your order number and full name).
Please double check your shipping address when checking out. Graceful Muse Paperie is not responsible for any additional shipping charges for packages that are returned to us due to incorrect shipping names or addresses. To read more about our shipping policy, click here
Due to the nature of our products, unfortunately, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact me, and I'll do my best to work out a resolution. Our refund policy can also be found here
We offer free tracking upgrades for all high value and large or heavy orders. All other orders are sent partially tracked (for international orders) or via lettermail (for local and domestic orders).
Due to the nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is a problem with your order, please send us a message and we will do our best to fix the issue.

If you wish to cancel your order, the request must be made within 24 hours of ordering. After 24 hours the order cannot be cancelled.
Once an order has been placed it cannot be edited, updated, or changed. Please confirm your address and make sure it is correct and also confirm that you are purchasing the correct items at checkout.
As a small handmade business, we always try our best to ensure that all orders are checked for quality and accuracy; however, mistakes can happen. If there is an issue with your order, please message me and I'll do my best to work out a solution for you. Please contact me with your order number, full name, description of the issue, and photo proof.
If an order has not been marked delivered, please wait for at least 3 - 4 weeks from the date the order was shipped until it is declared lost.

After this point, you may contact me at for assistance. Please note that currently, some international orders may take upwards of 8 weeks to deliver.
Wherever possible, I'll combine orders for you (depending on the stock availability). However, during sales, I'm unable to combine orders. Therefore, please make sure your order is correct before checkout.
Unfortunately, I am not accepting custom requests at this time.
