WHAT IS THE GRACEFUL HOLIDAY BOX
The Graceful Holiday Box is the perfect advent calendar for sticker lovers! For the 12 days leading up to Christmas, enjoy opening one of the 12 individually wrapped envelopes/ packages filled with Graceful Muse Paperie goodies - sticker kits, stationary and more! The items are exclusive to the Holiday Box meaning there is no plan to release these items into the main shop in the near future.
The Collections in the 2024 Graceful Holiday Box are available in a variety of sizes to suit your individual planning style. Feel free to add-on other sizes to receive the Collections in the Holiday Box in all the Planner sizes you use or to be able to use the kit across multiple weeks.
The 2024 Graceful Holiday Box is not themed or season specific (so no Christmas or Winter themed kits!) rather, it includes multiple collections that can be used and enjoyed throughout the year.
AVAILABLE KIT SIZES
☆ Some of the stickers in the 2024 Graceful Holiday Box are designed to work well with any planner. The rest of the stickers are planner specific, and are available in the following 4 sizes:
The Decorative Bundle contains our full 2 page journalling kit plus 8 other sheets ideal for creative journalers - it's the perfect mix of decorative pieces to allow you create decorative spreads suited to your unique style. Printed on our Transparent Matte Washi Paper.
The Hobonichi Cousin kit is in our standard 4 page kit format which includes a sampler sheet, additional full boxes, additional quarter boxes and journalling sheet. This kit pairs well with the decorative bundle in order to create multiple spreads. Printed on our standard white matte paper.
The Deco Sampler contains our full 2 page page journalling kit plus 5 other sheets and is mini version of the decorative bundle. It's the same format as Deco Sampler monthly mystery kit. Printed on our Transparent Matte Washi Paper.
The Just Scenes contains our just Illustrations 1 & 2 sheets. So wherever a full kit would be included in the box, you would receive just the main scene sheets from that kit on our Transparent Matte Washi paper.
SHIPPING
Your Graceful Holiday Box will be shipped by the 15th November 2024:

- For Domestic Customers, your box will be sent with full tracking via Canada Post Expedited Mail or UPS Standard Tracking (depending proximity to Alberta).
- For US Customers, your box will be sent with full tracking through our Canadian Courier - Chit Chats who utilize the USPS network.
- For International Customers, depending on your location, your box will sent via Canada Post Tracked Packet International (which has an 11 day shipping time) or via USPS (which has a 25 business day shipping time). If your box is going to be shipped by USPS, your box will ship by October 25th which should hopefully allow it enough time to arrive in plenty of time for the 1st day of Advent even if shipping is a little slower at this time of year.

Processing Time
All orders are shipped within 7- 10 business days of payment (please allow 2- 3 weeks processing time during sales).
Shipping Address
The Estimated Delivery date on your tracking is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. Please be patient with the tracking as it can be slow to update online sometimes.
International Shipping & Handling
- Orders within US and Canada are shipped via lettermail and can take up 1- 3 weeks depending on location. High Value orders and larger items such as sticker books and albums are shipped via tracked mail, this can take between 2 - 12 days.
- International orders can take up to 3 months depending on your country of residence. Please note that international orders are prone to Customs, duties and taxes. Additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information.
Please note that if your order ships on a Friday/Saturday/Sunday, our courier will begin processing it from Monday. Therefore it may take a few days for updates to reflect in the tracking.

Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact me within 24 hours of placing the order.
