Each grab bag contains a discontinued kit plus kit add ons ( if available). These are kits discontinued either due to a kit format change or because the collection was seasonal ( christmas, valentines etc.).
Whenever possible I try and include any available add on items such as confetti headers, icons unless there isn't a matching kit add on available for that kit.
The kit is randomly selected, if you purchase more than one bag I'll always try and include different kits. However please note, depending on how many multiples you purchase, there may be duplicate kits.
Processing Time
All orders are shipped within 7- 10 business days of payment (please allow 2- 3 weeks processing time during sales).
Shipping Address
The Estimated Delivery date on your tracking is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. Please be patient with the tracking as it can be slow to update online sometimes.
International Shipping & Handling
- Orders within US and Canada are shipped via lettermail and can take up 1- 3 weeks depending on location. High Value orders and larger items such as sticker books and albums are shipped via tracked mail, this can take between 2 - 12 days.
- International orders can take up to 3 months depending on your country of residence. Please note that international orders are prone to Customs, duties and taxes. Additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information.
Please note that if your order ships on a Friday/Saturday/Sunday, our courier will begin processing it from Monday. Therefore it may take a few days for updates to reflect in the tracking.

Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact me within 24 hours of placing the order.
